The SFBAC (combined Santa Clara Valley, San Francisco, & Oakland/East Bay) IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) is very pleased to invite you to our upcoming in-person event celebrating PELS DAY. We are excited and honored to have Dr. Indumini Ranmuthu, Distinguished Member Technical Staff of the Texas Instruments and the IEEE Power Electronics Society Regional Distinguished Lecturer to speak on the topic of “Datacenter Voltage Regulator Power Delivery Solutions” on June 26, 2025.
Doors will open at 6:30pm; the seminar will start at 7:00pm. Snacks and refreshments will be provided free of charge to all attendees.
Registration is $5, payable at the door with the exception for current students who must register with their *.edu emails. You may register ahead of time without paying, but ALL ATTENDEES (except for students) will need to pay at the door.

Seminar Title:
Datacenter VR Power Delivery Solutions
This talk will provide an overview of state of the art point of load VR power delivery solutions for Data center CPUs and power delivery architectures. This talk will expand on 12V to 0.8 –1.8V and 5V to 0.8-1.8V 500-1000A VR solutions as well. This will illustrate impacts on efficiency and solution size.
About the Speaker :
Indumini Ranmuthu is a Distinguished Member Technical Staff (DMTS) in power division at Texas Instruments, driving design and technology of advanced power products. During his tenure Indumini has advanced the state of the art in power devices and semiconductor process technology. Indumini has over forty US patents and published fifteen IEEE papers. He received his PhD from Iowa State University. He is currently in the Multiphase processor power division at TI. He has been the APEC conference committee chair for Rap sessions since 2017 and was the APEC Rap session chair on power supply on chip for the past 3 years.
